THE FEATHERS RETURN POLICY
Items purchased via Feathers Online must be returned to Feathers Online for Exchange, Credit or Refund. Items purchased via Feathers Online can not be returned to a Feathers Boutique or Feathers Myer Concession location for refund. In certain circumstances (stock availability) an Exchange of size on Full Priced items may be permitted at a Feathers Boutique.
Feathers will happily provide a refund for all Full Price Online Purchases, provided a Return Request (below) is made within 14 days of purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Items must be unwashed and unworn, in their original condition with all tags in place.
Please note that the following items are unable to be returned for a refund/credit or exchange:
- No change-of-mind refunds on Clearance items - (Specifically incorrect sizing);
- Items marked as Clearance/Final Sale - (Once an item has gone on Clearance, it is deemed as a Clearance/Final Sale item and will not be returned to full price)
- Sample Items - Items that you are made aware of that are One Offs or Sample items prior to purchasing.
- Items marked as Faulty - Any items marked as Faulty and sold with prior knowledge of fault.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN REQUEST
Please do NOT send any items back to Feathers Online without following the steps below.
- Please fill out the return request form below and click on the reqest return button to submit your request - Please include all relevant details.
- Feathers will then be in contact with you to discuss the exchange or return process.
If you are returning an item to Feathers Online, we recommend using registered post. Any returned items lost in transit are at the customers expense.
Please note that all costs incurred when returning an item to Feathers Online are at the customers expense.
