Feathers Online uses Australia Post for all domestic and international deliveries.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING INFORMATION
Standard Shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $10 via Australia Post Standard Shipping, and is expected to arrive within (approx.) 5-7 business days
Express Post delivery is available at checkout for $15.00 and is expected to arrive within 1-4 business days.
The above options are based on MAX 3 kilogram parcel. If an order exceeds 3kg, you will be contacted with additional shipping options.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $20.00, up to 2kg. If an order exceeds 2kg, you will be contacted with additional shipping options.
Shipping to all other countries listed on the Shipping page is charged at a rate of $30.00, up to 1kg. If an order exceeds 1kg, you will be contacted with additional shipping options.
None of the above shipping options have an Insurance or Signature on Delivery option. If you wish to have your delivery Insured, or add Signature on delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:
Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.
If an item you have ordered is out of stock in our Online Warehouse, we will attempt to locate your item at one of our Boutiques, and dispatch to you as soon as the item becomes available.
Items may be posted directly to you from an Interstate Boutique. No additional postage charges apply.
Express Post deliveries are sent same day when all items are available at our Online Warehouse. (if ordered before 3:30pm Mon-Fri) If an item is being sourced from a local or interstate Boutique, your items will be express posted when available.
In the situation that a fast moving Style sells out before we are able to allocate stock to your order, we will notify you and organise a Credit, Exchange or Refund.
To guarantee the most efficient delivery we recommend you provide a secure delivery address i.e. an office where it will be able to be received between 9:00am - 5:00pm. We recommend you do NOT have parcels delivered to an unattended delivery address.
You can track your delivery using the tracking number within your My Orders member area.
