Refund Policy
Although we hope you love all your items from FEATHERS, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.
FEATHERS OFFERS:
- Standard Refund, exchange or store credit on FULL PRICE items
- Store credit or exchange on SALE items
- Instant refunds of up to $1500 with Refundid on FULL PRICE items (within Australia only)

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
- Return request must be made within 14 Days of you receiving your order
- All original tags must remain attached
- Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition
- Items purchased via Feathers Online must be returned to either Feathers Online or a Feathers Boutique. They cannot be returned to a Feathers David Jones Concession location.
- Please note, return shipping costs are at the customers expense.
Any items returned outside the 14 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. FEATHERS reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.
