How often will I receive emails?
Feathers sends out regular communications detailing product offerings and news. We endeavour not to overload our customers with information too frequently; however, customers can choose to unsubscribe from these updates whenever they like.
Can I cancel my Online Shop order?
If your order has been processed and completed, you cannot cancel your online order. Simply wait until your order arrives in the mail and follow the Returns Policy to initiate your return.
How do I change my order?
If your order has been processed and completed, you cannot change your online purchase. Simply wait until your item arrives in the mail, follow the Returns Policy to return your item and then re-purchase your preferred item/s.
I have seen something I like in store but can’t find it in the Online Shop
Not all Feathers garments may be available to purchase online but email us at email@example.com and we will endeavour to track down the item for you
Can I purchase online gift vouchers?
We are currently unable to process online gift vouchers. To purchase gift vouchers visit one of our boutiques.
Do you accept cheque or money order?
Unfortunately we do not accept cheques or money order for any online purchases.
Do you ship to international destinations?
Yes, Feathers Online can offer international shipping to many destinations.

How much is shipping?
Feathers Online uses Australia Post for all domestic and international deliveries.
Standard Shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $10 via Australia Post Standard Shipping, and is expected to arrive within (approx.) 5-7 business days
Express Post delivery is available at checkout for $15.00 and is expected to arrive within 1-4 business days.
The above options are based on MAX 3 kilogram parcel. If an order exceeds 3kg, you will be contacted with additional shipping options.
Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $20.00, up to 2kg. If an order exceeds 2kg, you will be contacted with additional shipping options.
Shipping to all other countries listed on the Shipping page is charged at a rate of $30.00, up to 1kg. If an order exceeds 1kg, you will be contacted with additional shipping options
How do I make a return?
To make a return or exchange please follow these steps:
1. Login to the account section and select Account History.
2. Select the order that corresponds to the item you would like to return or exchange.
3. Select the Request Return button, fill out the fields and submit the form.
4. Feathers will then be in contact with you with more details to complete the return or exchange.

What is the Feathers Return Policy?
Feathers will provide a refund for online purchases provided they are returned within 14 days of purchase, unwashed and unworn, in their original condition with all tags in place with a completed Returns Slip. Please note that items that are marked down as final sale cannot be refunded.
How do I know what size I am?
To help with your sizing Feathers recommend referring to our Sizing Chart. We carry Australian Women’s Sizing usually ranging from XS to XL or XXL. Generally the sizing conversions are as follows:
XS - Australian women’s size 8
S - Australian women’s size 10
M - Australian women’s size 12
L - Australian women’s size 14
XL - Australian women’s size 16
XXL – Australian women’s size 18
When considering sizing, sometimes cuts and fabric composition should be taken into account to allow for stretch and other factors. Every body is unique and every style is slightly different. For specific sizing enquiries please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
