Refund policy

How to return

Email us at online@feathers.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm your return and provide instructions.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all tags attached. Returns that don't meet these conditions may be sent back to you.

Refunds and exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method or arrange an exchange, whichever you prefer. Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to appear in your account.

Return shipping

Return postage is at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using tracked post, as we can't accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Faulty items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us at online@feathers.com.au. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Sale items

Items from the Sale section of our website cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
