As some of our third-party service providers operate globally, we cannot say with certainty where their servers are located or the countries out of which they operate at any given time. Further, these locations may be subject to change without notice to us.
The Privacy Act and corresponding Australian Privacy Principle 8.1 requires us to ensure that, before disclosing Personal Information overseas, reasonable steps are taken to ensure that overseas recipients do not breach the Act or the applicable Australian Privacy Principles. It is not always possible for us to ensure that multinational companies, such as Facebook, Tik Tok and Instagram, will not breach the Privacy Act or the applicable Australian Privacy Principles.

1. Login & Account Access
The app uses OTP-based login via Email ID only. No passwords or other sensitive credentials are collected or stored. Users must be pre-registered via the website to use the app.

The app collects only minimal data;— limited to the user’s email address. No collection of phone numbers, photos, contacts, or location.
3. App Functionalities
After logging in, users can: View their Loyalty Points Access Wallet History View their Order History All information displayed is specific to the logged-in user.

Security The app does not share user data with third-party services. No tracking or analytics SDKs are integrated. All data is stored securely and used strictly for service functionality.

Request If a user wishes to delete their account, they can do so by visiting our official website, where a dedicated account deletion option is provided.

Permissions Users can revoke notification permissions anytime from their phone settings. For any data-related queries, users can contact our support team via the email provided on the website.

This Policy applies solely to Personal Information collected with regard to providing our Goods, the operation of our Website and otherwise in connection with the operation of our Business.
